L2/L3 nerve damage, mostly numb from belly button down. ED meds kinda work, but compounded with performance anxiety and lack of spontaneity with “scheduling” med dose has pretty much killed it completely. No idea what to do and have mostly given up

Honestly speak to a health care professional about this. They might have a better advice as this seems to be a very specific case. But like the other commenter I also want to give you a virtual hug and tell you everything will fix itself in due time.
