Any suggestions for sex positions which are easy, when I am erect, I try and find the vagina to put the penis in and by then the erection falls. This keeps happening over ad over again and I’ve been struggling with sex for years

Missionary has to be one of the easiest. If you’re on top it give you plenty time to get fully errect before putting it inside.

If you are nervous, stand on the floor next to your bed. Have her stand facing away from You with one leg on the mattress and the other one on floor.
