I suffer with premature ejaculation, and PRM seems to be helping me quite a bit (along with other things). Mojo recommends practicing it 3 times a week. However, my question is, if I increase the frequency of PRM to once a day or even twice a day, will I begin to see results quicker and better?

I don’t know what they’ll suggest, but in general, I don’t think it’s a good idea. The brain needs time to create the neural pathways and to stabilize them, so I’d follow Mojo’s advice. My two cents.
