i’m turning to the community for advice. I have been very diligent with the program for a month and a half now, and have truly enjoyed getting to know my body more and doing this to benefit my relationship. In particular, I have noticed that my heart on is more present and is, much bigger, which I appreciate. However, still have a hard time keeping my erection while standing up. That has been a long-standing issue in my relationship and I’m wondering if I need to start targeting that more directly. I don’t know, but I’m curious if it has to do with my health (I’m overweight) or simply because it took me a long time to start having partners sex after delaying true relationships for years and using porn and masturbation to go. What do y’all think? Do I need to start doing these exercises standing up in order to trick my body to realize that it needs to function in every situation, not just laying down or sitting down?

I would definitely incorporate new positions in your masturbation routine. Practice makes progress. Pleasure yourself in a bunch of different positions, including standing. It might not take effect the first time, but with repetition you’re sure to have a bit more comfort with the position.
