New to this but wanted to share.
Me and my partner have been together for nearly 7 years and we’re due to get married next year.
I have struggled with getting/maintaining and erection for a long period in our relationship. I think this has been a combination of physical and mental health.
I am working on my physical health and have lost a few stone over the past year or so which feels great but I’m still struggling with getting and maintaining and erection.
Me and my partner have spoke about it over and over and I’m just at a point where I can’t work out what the issue is.
Has anybody experienced something similar and have any techniques or ways they over came it?

Hey, I’ve had the same troubles as well, for just about a year now. I’ve been hard at work trying to figure out the problem, but unfortunately I don’t have a solution yet.
I’ve been looking into everything from vitamin deficiencies, muscle imbalances breathing techniques (I was self-conscious about my little bit of stomach fat so I sucked in my stomach and didn’t breathe into the belly) to mental health.
There’s so many factors at play it’s really hard to give any one piece of advice, but I will say that I’ve been seeing improvement in my life as I focus on these things. Learn about these things and how they tie into your overall health and I hope you can find results. If nothing else know that I’m right there with ya trying to figure it all out. Best of luck to you!
