From my own experience, there is Maca and Pine Pollen.
Not an herb but L-citrulline or L-citrulline malate (same thing but with malic acid). Itโs an amino acid found in watermelon.
Itโs used as a preworkout supplement. I personally donโt find it makes any difference in the gym for me. But I do get thicker erections after a 3-5 days of taking 5g daily.
