So I’m 18 and have been single for about 2 months now but I’ve been having issues even trying to get hard for about a year and I came onto this app a little while ago to help, I’ve been on it daily and I’ve seen no improvement, I’m worried it’s going to be like this long term.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do?

Good idea to get things checked but often it can be the anxiety of not getting hard that is getting in the way. Are there other issues going on that are causing stress? Important to take your time with the exercises, noticing negative thoughts is really helpful - and learning how to ignore them. Building up a bank of erotic thoughts for when you need them. You are wanting to try and get back into your body, touch and skin are important as they are the stimulus for arousal. Working out what are the blocks and practicing by yourself will give you confidence. : )
