I have tried meditation but not stuck to it. I am hoping it will help me work through my thoughts and not let them control me.
Hoping to stay in feed and breed mode and stay present
I hope meditation helps to clear my head of random thought, and teach me ways to stop thinking when I find my mind wondering wildly.

Ready to give it a try
I’ve always had issues calming my thoughts, especially during episodes of anxiety. Whether I’m having a sexual encounter or struggling to fall asleep, I feel it’s hard to control my mind when it’s racing, especially with negative thoughts. My hope is to somehow scale down or even prevent these thoughts from interrupting and disturbing my peace of mind.
My mind is often busy and jumbled, I hope meditation will help me take back control.

I’ve never tried meditation before, but I am willing to give it a try. I have a very stressful life, so hopefully I can apply this to things other than my sex performance issues.
Every time I build a meditation practice, it helps me deal with ups and downs in life. It helps me feel less connected to the thoughts inside my head and to choose to let go of them more easily.
