If you’ve tried meditation, how did it help?

I’ve found that it relaxes me, but as soon as I try and put it into practice my inner critic and negative thought pattern takes over.

I’m hoping that the more I practice the better it gets.

It helped

I have tried meditation before. It was relaxing in the same way that taking a break is relaxing, but I can’t say I noticed any significant shift in mood or stress levels. Very intrigued by Mike’s description though and respect how long it has been around for so willing to give it a proper go with mojo!

Feel more relaxed

Yes but not in relation to sex. I definitely know I overthink and need to calm down and that probably my erection issue is related to an overbusy mind more generally which is highly critical. Hope this helps.

More focus and relaxation

Meditation has helped me out of a crisis before. Different crisis of course. That’s how life is, just when you think ah okay that problems solved. It chucks you another curve ball. I believe it will help as it helped me before

Meditation is great

Sometimes I feel like my mind is racing. The previous lessons have helped me recognize and even dismiss negative thoughts. I’m excited to get more into mediation and use it to help in additional areas of my life as well

I love meditation. I started about 2 months ago actually, before starting this module, and it has been a genuine awakening for me - it’s changing my life but I know it’s only the beginning of my journey

I’ve been sporadically meditating for several months now and it has helped me deal with stress and grief. I can feel a difference the days I’ve been able to meditate.

Hoping for a way to clear my head of all the to-do’s, stresses, and craziness of daily life and have more positive thoughts.

i hope it will help to consolidate staying calm during sex. also i sometimes get stressed from daily stuff i don‘t want to do and i cope by watching instagram or youtube. but i hope meditation can help me there, too.

I’ve been meditating on and off for years. It has helped me through tricky times and taught me a lot. I’m definitely still on the journey and have a lot further to go but I see it as a great tool.
