If you’ve tried meditation, how did it help?

I had been meditating and realised before I read it in Mojo that it could help with my PA and ED and anxiety in general, and I think that’s a good sign. I think it is actually helping me.

I used to use the headspace app every day. While using it I was always calm and could face anything. I really need to get back into a meditation routine.

It helped me handle situations better. Without projecting my negative thoughts, I’m able to assess the problem and give a more accurate solution. It helped me with work, relationships and even weight training.

I meditated daily a few years back. I wasn’t doing it for sexual performance related issues as I wasn’t experiencing them then. It helped me a lot with dealing with stress and generally put me in w much happier mood. At first it was difficult, I didn’t even really understand it. But I kept at it and overtime I started to understand it… it’s hard to explain, it’s just one of those things you have to do for yourself and see. But after meditating back then, I’m fairly confident it can help with erection related issues too.

I like to meditate but I don’t do it very often.

Hoping for meditation to help me relax and keep my mind at ease. My mind tends to race and that makes me more tense. I’m very much looking forward to learning how to meditate I think it can be a tremendous help if done effectively.

Meditation has helped me focus my thinking from erratic to strategic. After meditation, I feel more focused and have a plan for the day.

I am hoping it will minimise negative thoughts about performance and allow me to enjoy “the moment” more.

I haven’t tried meditation much as it relates to my mojo work, but I can definitely say that mindfulness has helped in redirecting my thoughts and untangling from the inner critic.

I’m using the Calm app for guided meditation. I’ve done this daily for the last 4 years. I’m also practicing daily gratitude, I monitoring my sleep, I my mood etc.

Reduce my performance anxiety so I am no longer focusing on the state of my erection during foreplay and more staying in the moment so I can have more pleasure during intimacy

Meditation has helped me better connect to my body and get me out of fight or flight mode. Mindfulness has not only brought a new level of awareness to me but it’s also given me better confidence to handle stressful situations

How to get out of my head when I’m with my girlfriend. Not worry so much about performance.
