I’ve never been able to meditate. But I’m going to try again
I’ve tried meditating but clearly need to work on it, as it often leads to a downward spiral of worry and anxiety. Instead of controlling my thoughts, they’ve taken over, and it has been discouraging. I’m hoping that guided practice will help reverse that.
I’ve been practicing meditation for several years, although not focused in this area in particular. I’ve found it takes the “edge” off. and my mind and body start to regulate and disssipate what would otherwise be bothersome triggers.
I’ve tried regular meditation in the past and I must admit it did help me feel much calmer and content with life (especially right after a session). I did stop due to more laziness than anything but I imagine if I continued then I would have felt that elated content feeling a lot more throughout the day.
I want to use meditation to enhance my enjoyment of sex, it’s texture, taste and sensation, in addition to expanding my toolbox to combat performance anxiety.
It was super helpful for me in dealing with anxiety. I fell out of practice with it, but this is making me want to bring it back to a daily habit or at least several times a week.
Want to help myself to recognise negative thoughts and combat them. I want to stay in the present and really enjoy the sexual sensations that I know I can and do.
I have never meditated before and I’m excited to learn how. I’m convinced my erection issues primarily stem from stress and performance anxiety and I’m hoping this will help. What Mike described in the video was exactly what I experience.
I tried it once. Nothing really happened.
To slow down my mind and breathing, reduce stress and the fight or flight response. Get into a more happy mental state and get my boners rock hard again
Meditation helps me come back to the present moment .
Being a witness of my wandering mind ,
And becoming aware of the places it goes , over and over , helped me calm the pace and slowly come back to what is , here and now , welcoming the thougts when they arize , ley them unfold and pass away , witnessing the cycle , and peace and quiet taking more and mire space the more i practice …
Also learned to accept what is wgile arill being aware if it .
It was weird at first but it actually helped
I’ve done meditation, but never for helping with sexual issues. When I have used it, I feel relief and less stressed. I hope that using it can help me with my erection issues as well as my confidence in the bedroom.
