Meditation helps me get my mind and body on the same page, and at that point I can more fully address whatever issues I’m having. Rather than worry about ED, I can pay more attention to making sure the stimulation from my partner is right or check in with myself to make sure I’m not letting some negative emotion take me out of the experience of sex, in the moment. Meditation helps me be more attentive to the present moment

I meditated for a period of my life and noticed a significant difference in my moods and availability for natural arousal. I’ve been thinking of getting back into it and am excited to see that mojo is touching on it.

Never tried meditation but after reading comments and watching the video, I’m willing to try anything to help get better erections. I’ve been relying on cialis too much. It’s on and off. Helps sometimes but it all starts in the mind. The pelvic floor stretches have been helping as well. So thankful that I found Mojo.

I haven’t started meditation yet but it seems very useful in general to be more aware of one’s own mind and reflexes, to live in the present and to increase focus to trigger flow states.
