I’ve tried bit always get distracted or fall asleep. I need to take specific time out for it really and even get taught correctly.
It has definitely improved my mental well-being. It has helped to deal with anxiety and lower stress levels
Since my fiancée meditates regularly, I intend to join her. It can be a good way for us to bond while overcoming sexual anxieties.
I used to meditate every day, and felt it really helped my mood and mental health
I haven’t tried it yet but so far this process seems like it’s all about mental self awareness and presensce in the moment, so medetiation ought to help.
New to meditation. I think it has helped me acknowledge my state at a given moment and certainly to calm down when highly anxious.
Meditation has helped me feel much more in control of my thoughts and much more present.
Meditation has helped me relax and destress and try and feel more every moment and feel the love rather than stress over the love
haven’t done it yet but ready to try
It’s helps me focus
Helps me be more physically present
Meditation does have a calming effect, but how does it apply to sec drive and performance?
Positively, for sure
I have not practiced it in any great way but am looking forward to really giving it a go now
never really meditated effectively and when a sexual intercourse can start it feels like my brain is blocking itself from enjoying it
never tried and dont know how to do it
Helps me stay in the present moment, which doesn’t bring up those feelings of inadequacy that might pop up
Haven’t really meditated much tbh
I’ve done some meditation in the past. It did help me realize how much my brain was always racing and I need to take time to calm it down. So far I have only had limited experience with it.
I’ve dabbled with with meditation over the years, and even fancied myself as a somewhat mindful person at times, but now that I reflect I see that I tended to do it in bursts and never really strung it together consistently. Also in reflection, I’m seeing that some of my most worst sexual experiences coincided with a head space that was stressed, distracted, busy, anxious. I’m excited to see what a consistent practice can do for me
