I like meditating and the meditation on Mojo are really frank and targeted, so they are working for me. Building a regular pattern of meditation is my challenge.
When I was meditating twice a day for 10 minutes each session, I was having the best sex of my life. Looking back now I realizing that losing that habit has made me more stressed and less disciplined

I’ve thought about meditation before but never seriously tried it. I think my thoughts would probably run away with me and distract me. But maybe that’s normal? Anyway, I’m willing to give it a serious go. I’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain.
