I’ve tried meditation before but never been able to do it regularly and I’ve not really tried to apply it to this situation before . It’s definitely something I’m excited to explore
I’ve never really tried meditation before but I feel like I practice mindfulness and I’m open to it. Establishing as an everyday habit does seem like quite a demand though.
Really think this will benefit me in all aspects of life. Stressful job followed by stress in the bedroom can definitely take its toll so I’m really hoping for some relief and clarity!
It worked to have a clear mind, but when done consistently. I’ve also overcome mind body issues through its practice.
I am hoping to calm my thoughts and get out of my own way. I know I can do it if I just get out of my own way and allow myself to fully feel and present. There are instances where I have been able to get out of my own way and enjoy myself so I know it can be done.
Train my brain to refocus, I find myself attention being pulled in several directions a lot recently. I want to view negative thoughts with some distance so I am not reacting to them by worrying, which is causing performance issues and which then makes me and my partner upset and/or angry.
I want to use meditation to help calm my mind and reduce performance related anxiety and train myself that the thoughts are just fears and that FEAR mean false expectations appearing real. I want to do well with meditation to retrain myself brain and make my brain more powerful
I hope meditation will help me lose my negative thoughts and quit worrying and being anxious in the bedroom.

I’m hoping to recognize and relieve stress
