I haven’t regularly meditated, but the box breathing and learning to mute the inner critic has definitely improved things.
Meditation helps me calm my anxious mind. It also helps me get out of my head and into my body.
Meditation has helped me to identify my inner critic faster because I am more aware of my thoughts.
I’ve used meditation at times for when I’m at home and done with my daily routine and honestly it felt great. I never thought that I can improve on my sex life , unfortunately I’ve stopped but I do plan on getting that back into my routine life.
I have never tried meditation but I am usually in my head at most points in the day
I haven’t tried meditation being used as a tool for sexual performance but I did it for a little bit a couple years ago and felt a lot more relaxed in daily life

I’ve never thought of meditation as a way to improve sex
been meditating for years and had this problem running all the way through. my focus was on improving my mental health when coming out of a porn addiction though, now I’m transitioning from dealing with performance anxiety rather than PIED, my focus is changing.
I have never meditated before so I wouldn’t know. However my mind is constantly coming up with thoughts during sex that makes it hard to focus on the good parts. So I’ll definitely give it a try in hopes of it calming my mind down and enjoying the pleasure.

I tried meditation through through the Headspace app for a while. I used to do it on the train to/from work. It helped me break up my day and turn my brain on/off work mode. I have never used it for performance anxiety though.
I haven’t done much of it, however the breathing exercises have been incredibly helpful not only to start sensations but in general, I feel more calmed, relaxed and even confident when I use them.
mieditation + letting go concept has helped me reduce stress tremendously, more control over my body and take things less seriously and accept them as they are
