If you’ve tried meditation, how did it help?

I want to be a more calm and mindful person

I have used it to a certain degree in the past. I think it can help me reduce negative thoughts and focus on the now

I have tried meditation in the past but because I struggle with adhd, I find it really hard to focus without distracting thoughts

i felt way more relaxed and realised just cause i thought something it doesn’t mean that it’s true!

I did it here and there. I usually get up from it quickly to face whatever’s squashing my precious little quiet moment. Probably should keep it going

same here, quieting the mind and sitting still is pretty much impossible and then i’m harder on myself for not being able to do it. End up worse than before I started.

Done some meditation as part of work challenges using the Calm app but fallen out of the habit and never really thought it could help my PE… intriguing!
