How would you describe the sensation of a Reverse Kegel?

It’s easier to feel the movement when lying on your side!

Felt like I had to fart

Almost shit myself (just kidduling)

But seriously I thing I got it, same as pushing a fart.

That’s the normal kengel, not the reversed

Imagining to push helped, I guess it gets better as we do more

The important bit is tuning into the muscle movement itself. The active bit is just like pushing out a wee or a poo

The visualisation worked nicely for me! Think of it like a push and you get a bit of resistance between your butthole and balls!
