Trying to pee after sex where it takes a couple extra seconds and you really have to focus. I did that with my hand on my gooch and I could feel it drop. I also had my legs up and off the ground with just my upper back on the ground. That really let me concentrate on the movement.
It helped to imagine I’m pushing out a fart while I’m doing it, take a deep breath and near the deepest part of the breath, gently push out an inexistent fart and you’ll feel it drop
Lying down on my back and imagining I need to pee and poop at the same time.

The visualitation makes it look like you are contracting you butt inward but as I understand its outwards

In yoga, you’re taught to inhale and tense by squeezing it upwards (like you’re trying to hold in a pee) this is a new move and a different way to engage, I’m looking forward to trying it out as I find the traditional squeeze method during sex doesn’t help
The farting visualization really helped
It helps to really focus on relaxing the pelvic musculature. You don’t realize how much tension you are holding until you focus on relaxing it through the reverse level.
Does anyone else have a hard time knowing if you are doing these properly? I have a very tight pelvic floor so the movement is naturally going to be more difficult
I thought of the blowing a balloon with my butthole method. Funny and also helps with some of the anxiety associated with ED issues when you can bring some humor into your life and remember you’re not alone.
