Don’t get this confused with regular kegels where you squeeze in like you’re trying to stop urination. You want to push out a #2. Try it while sitting on a toilet, pretend you’re trying to push a dump out.

I cannot find the resource on this program. How often should we be doing reverse kegals and separately how much kegals in each of the positions should we be working up to? (how many sets of what daily)
The like a dart prompt definitely helped. It feels like something’s happening but not sure. It’s more of a stomach or ab feeling to be honest
Feels very different to a conventional keagal which is to clench… As you tend to hold your breath as you push out

Gently push down while you breath in and you’ll feel a slight movement in your hole
Felt like there was more tension in my butthole
It was easier lying down on the side than sat on the chair
Felt odd at first but I think I found the muscle group just behind the balls and my butt. Not quite pushing out a poo but just before it.
Feel your diaphragm rise but send the pressure toward your choad.
Like I’m moving my lower abs out my butt
Like my innards are falling out of my pelvic floor
The pushing out a fart description did it for me
It’s as if I’m pushing all the air in my lungs downwards
