The best feeling for me is pushing. Almost like the same sensation of when I’m pushing a strong stream of urine.

I feel a push , at what I visualize as the floor of that area - when I am sitting up straight on a chair. On a deep breath in , I feel a push between butt hole & scrotum

When you do a deep belly breath, it feels like something is pushing out of your gooch a little. Then relax and it is back to normal.

If you’re doing it right you can feel the downward pressure on the surface you’re seated on. The fart analogy is good, but the pressure goes down and even a little forward.

it really is like pushing out a fart. remember that these are reverse kegels! i got confused because i was visualizing regular kegels at first. be patient and take lots of deep breaths, eventually you’ll feel the activation. sitting on a hard surface like the floor is key.
