I didn’t really feel it I think
It is very similar to pushing out a fart but once you done it a few times it feels like you are stretching between your balls and arsehole. It feels good and does encourage feeling in the groin in general.
Not sure. I’ll have to practise it some more
Feels like pushing out a fart
it’s really like pushing out a fart. Laying on ones side really helps
it’s really as if pushing out for a fart or bowel movement but instead of following through with the pushing as if you were, instructed feel and focus the muscles that engage when doing so, and at that point think less and relent on the pushing but instead concentrate on flexing those muscles and then holding that contraction as if doing a rep on any other workout excercise!
To push out a fart, as it were, I need to engage my abs. This is the sequence: take a deep breath, tighten your abs, relax your pelvic floor.
The visualization of how low belly breaths were supposed to go helped. I’ve done normal kegels before but this was a new sensation
It does feel like you’re pushing your gooch out and it takes a second to get fully pushed out lol
The idea of “pushing out a fart” helped a bit. I didn’t feel it too much sitting, but laying on my side I definitely felt the movement
Farting
Pushing down - the feeling behind the balls description helped.
Pushing out a fart helped, and tightening behind the balls. There’s also a tightening of your lower abdomen at the same time.
