At first I was having trouble staying had and then somewher in that session I started to feel a very pleasant sensation at the base of my penis. It wasnt quite as strong as when stroking the head but it was of a similar sensation

I was between semi hard and hard during. I wasn’t feeling it at the moment but did it anyway. I forgot to grab lube but it felt much better when I had some precum to use

I got hard quite easy with the normal method but after switching to this method, I started to lose erection quite quickly. Had to revert to normal method at least 3 times during the 10 minutes. It doesn’t feel bad when it’s hard but it’s just not stimulating enough not enough to hold an erection, at least yet.

Went soft, about half way through, got bored

I was able to get hard quickly the normal way but I pretty quickly went to semi-hard for the first 5 minutes of the exercise. Then I ended up basically getting completely soft. However I was able to use fantasy to get my semi back without reverting to my usual masturbation technique. I did get pretty bored of this 10 minute version and it’s really hard for me to notice any pleasurable sensations down there

Not the easiest to stay hard or notice the positive feelings but staying with it and hoping it’s helpful

was able to go for 10 minutes, varied in hardness about 3/4 way through but good that i was able to recognize that is okay and continue

Stay hard easily, but don’t find any pleasure in this at all.

Staying really hard, at points more so than my usual technique, but only feeling slight pleasure at times

I can’t feel anything pleasant at the base. The only way to stay hard would be to stroke the entire shaft.

I was able to get almost fully hard but then when I switched to the penis root technique I lost my erection after 2 or 3 minutes and then found it difficult to continue. I tried to stay positive and use deep breaths when my mind would wonder.

Not especially enjoyable but with fantasizing I managed to stay hard most of the time but went soft a few times during the exercise. Without intensely fantasizing, I don’ think I’d get hard at all with this technique. When I was “tuned in” to a fantasy, even the base felt good and pressuring the base a bit harder made it even better.
