I agree about the diagram being wrong. Also, I felt like I needed to squeeze lower than right at the tip. Squeezing at the tip increased pleasure at times.
I don’t get close to cumming and so didn’t use it. I put it down to not using porn - something I typically do. Felt good to use imagination and how it felt rather than visual stimulation
Weird finger placement, thumb on the other side (unless the partner does it I guess). The technique helped but I’m not sure I got to the edge enough. It felt like I could also just have prevented it by stopping.

I can stop and squeeze for 10min. But each time I start again I only manage to stroke for like 20seconds and then I have to stop again. Anyone can relate?

I’m struggling a little with thinking about, practising, visualising etc about sex on a daily basis. My issue is PE, but already (day 9) I’m feeling a bit worn out from the constant thinking about sex and struggling to get myself aroused for the “practice” sessions. 10 minutes feels like a lifetime, and I find it hard to reach arousal to practice the actual technique.
It worked but the returns were diminishing between each squeeze. I can see how practice can increase the effect and get me more in tune with my arousal state. But the amount of times I needed to stop and squeeze wouldn’t be practical with a partner.
Took a couple of goes but the last squee definitely brought me back fro an 8 to a 4 or 5
