Takes a lot to get me aroused there was no fear of me cumming early trying to get and keep an erection is the issue. My mind drifts as well so I find it hard to stay focused. (excuse the pun)

This was great. I was able to keep myself at 5-7 arousal level and ended up staying extremely hard, went longer than 10 mins with this method.

Difficult without porn

Trying to pay more attention to me level of arousal because I’m usually well above a 5 before I remember to stop

The first few times I’ve tried this I’ve found that even when trying to stop occasionally I’ll get a small amount of cum leak out anyway but didn’t fully cum. I’m not sure if that’s normal

I had the same experience. But once it happened, it felt like a reset in arousal

I have a hard time lowering my arousal level. It feels like even when I stop and start again my arousal is already at a 5

Stop start was pretty good, I’m very in tune with my body and the level of arousal and how close I am to orgasm, so stop just shy of it and kept going, it worked well

I found the exercise helpful. The lube and absence of porn really helped me focus on the sensations. I ended up going longer to see just how far I could go. Made it another 4-5 minutes before it became too much. Proud of myself for having fun throughout the exercise!
