5 minutes was a little too short, I’ll do 10 next time.
Been doing 10mins but so far not noticed any effect

15min felt too long 5-10 is more my speed
Difficult to relax with a puppy running around
Definitely longer!
Just right, took a week off and definitely noted more of a wandering brain
My mind was glowing like a heartbeat then settled afterwards.
Really emotional when he said let go.
Hard to focus during this meditation. But good.
Still not working for me.
Depends on what I’ve got going on at the time. I think I’d like to do at least ten minutes each time in the future.

10 minutes was good. The best time will depend on the day but ideally longer is better.
Time felt pretty good- 15 min
Just the right amount of time to feel the effects without being too much to fit in or focus for.
I would go for longer next time.
Haha I skipped this one for weeks cause I’m already doing mediation here, in Headspace, the and Presence app. Didn’t want to do another full 20 minutes. Should have known I could adjust the time
I’ve already been using Mojo’s meditations for a while and they’re really good - I actually find them better than things like Balance and Headspace. This one, though, seemed poorly edited. I chose the 15m version and the clips of speech were way too spaced out and sometimes he didn’t finish his sentence at all, or one clip interrupted another. Needs a look
I usually like the 10 min length selection but this one had rather unnatural pauses in the introduction that I found off putting.
This one was strangely edited. Very long pauses that felt unusual.
