First time doing ten minutes and it felt just about right.

Meditation has always been hard for me. I almost feel asleep while doing the 5 minutes. Hopefully, I can get myself used to it so I don’t fall asleep lol

It felt relatively quick. Although my mind kept on wondering off

I have ADHD, so I tend to struggle being still. Some days , five minutes a breeze but others it is really hard.

Today it was slightly more difficult

15 minutes felt short, tbh. When he mentions how this can help regain focus in everyday life, it hit me like a sack of bricks. I hope I can remember this next time my anxiety flares up.

the meditation was awful. you could tell it was just the 5min that was spaced out way too long. at the very least keep the vocals steady and then just add more time into each focus space. but to space out every sentence to an unnatural length was amateur.

Mind wandered a lot in this one, more so than other times. Not sure why.

Longer next time, I think I need more time to practice focusing on my breath

I could do longer next time, time went by so fast, I find that I would get distracted but once I was able to focus on the path the air was taking when breathing in I could center myself
