Was falling asleep with 10 mins, I should try meditation earlier in the day
5 mins worked, could probably gone longer.
10 minutes seems good for the time being, would like to increase to 20 with time
10 minutes felt great
5 minutes felt too short, I’ll try 10 next time
10 minutes felt amazing. I literally feel so relaxed
I’m going longer, I’ve gone for 10 minutes a few times but lately 5, today felt like 15 seconds, it flew by!
after 4 months I’m ready for 15
I think 10 minutes was just right.
Feels good. Almost sleepy. But brain is racing around. Certainly calmer at the end.
Good, however the 15 minute session has far too many random pauses in the instructions and makes it feel a little disjointed. 10 minutes is definitely the best length for me personally.
That worked well today.
It was very liberating for the mind to meditate first thing in the morning.
Possibly slightly longer. My mind was calm to begin with, then started racing and then calmed down again.
Been doing 5 minutes for awhile… but 10 seems like a big jump
