Did the jump to 10min and not quite there yet, I’ll keep doing 5min
10 mins was good perfect timing, my mind was very clear
Increased to 10 mins and it seems as if I’m ready for that. 5 had become too short. Was able to reel the mind back in better going longer

Stay with it guys I can easily do 20 now and time flies. Took me a while to get here but meditation has been wonderful for dealing with all sorts of stress.

10 is just right, very real difference in before and after
5 is easy to fit in anywhere at the moment. I don’t want to use this app for meditation though, there are better apps for that.
I’d like an option to remove the meditations from this app’s activities. I already use Calm
he speaks too much, especially repetition (focus on smells 2 times in 15seconds) distracts me a lot, dont get me wrong he gives good tips, its just a bit too much to focus on meditating
