How was meditating for that long?

Longer next time

I found his voice very distracting whilst I was trying to count. I found myself shutting his voice out like background noise and not taking in any of the words because all I wanted to do was count. I actually became very frustrated and after the session ended, felt like I needed at least double the time, just to fully relax. (I’ve had a long stressful day)

I can do linger. Counting breaths helped a lot to anchor to the present

The counting breaths method felt easier than previous methods

I found 5 minutes too short.

Ten minutes felt about right for me to start off with

5 minutes was too short I feel. I should try longer

If this program is going to be heavily focused on meditation (feeling like 50% at this point) it needs to be more sophisticated. For example, I shouldn’t have to listen to the same preamble every time after the first or second time doing a module.

Is there a best time to do these meditations as i not sure i’m benefiting doing them as soon as i wake up any advice???

That was really nice. Any time I have the opportunity I will go for longer but most of the time I think 5-10 will be my sweet spot

I actually got to 10 breaths mindfully. I’ve been struggling to get past 2.

Good meditation session

Calming session, 5 minutes is good for me so far but will slowly progress to 10 mins and then 20 mins

Longer. I have been doing this for a while

I did get very restless, I think I need to find a more comfortable sitting position as trying to keep a straight back was killing me

I’ll do it longer next time. I used to meditate daily but lost the habit and miss feeling good as I used to.
