How was meditating for that long?

I could do longer, I felt like I was just in a groove when my 5min session ended.

Felt fine, could do longer but still learning

Felt like. I was head bobbing a lot

Got distracted. It comes and goes.

I think I should do 10 minutes next time. I was wandering off into thoughts during 5 minutes. Was only partially focused on breathing

Always good to sit back in and recharge the mind. Working on mediation in general to help with day to day anxiety and eventually as well as issues around sex. Mediation has definitely helped to calm the body and mind down.

I feel like I could longer . It went so fast

I find it very hard to focus during any of the meditations. I’ve never been able to do meditation ever. This doesn’t seem to be any different. I’ll keep trying but I feel like it’s not doing anything for me

5 minutes felt like the perfect starting time

Im definitely going tockeep doing this when i get to work early. Ill contimue with 5 minutes for now, and increased eventially.

That is kind of the point. Continue to do regularly. Every day if possible. I have struggled with add my whole life. Regular meditation has helped me to learn how to quite my mind down when I get frazzled during the day. It’s been a game changer but I had a really hard time in the begining also. Keep it up!

I will continue to do. Its just frustrating because ive been doing the meditations here for months and i always stop it before it finishes because my mind cant focus and starts wondering all over the place. Hopefully one day it’ll click.
