10mins felt about right. This same one has come round a few times now and I’ve never really felt anything from it (or any of the meditations really) so longer than 10mins I would find difficult to stay interested.
was loving it & going for 15 minutes then i got an unexpected interruption so now i want to be in a rage but i’m too calm. so that’s good i guess?

Started with five minutes and that seems to be the right amount of time. Maybe on the weekends or times I don’t feel rushed I will try for 10 minutes
