I understand how to do kegel workouts, both reversed and normal, but I’m having trouble trying to apply it to actual sex.
With my partner she’ll be getting close to orgasm but i’ll have to stop to prevent me from ejactulating and I’ll feel bad.
Any tips?
I’d suggest practicing on your own. I can separate orgasm and ejaculationon my own, but repeatedly stopping at the point of no return or just after and I have managed 2 orgasms in one session, but it takes a heck of a lot of practice.
