I’ve been doing some reading over the last few months following a sudden onset of ED. I believe that mine isn’t caused by one issue but several, one of which is sleep apnoea.
I’m overweight but exercise regularly and am striving to get the weight down. To help with that I’ve recently started sleep therapy and since then I’ve noticed an increase in the frequency and strength of morning wood. There’s just a general positive improvement when it comes to ED and I was wondering…….how would you rate the quality of your sleep? Or if someone in this community has experienced something similar?
