How did circle breath make you feel?

Feeling more alert

I was so relaxed

That was rubbish

A little dizzy

I felt how I could become dizzy with a longer period of circling breathing but I mostly just feel awake afterwards

felt a bit lightheaded but also felt more energy afterward

I feel refreshed like I hit the reset button

I feel more present, a little sick right now so I had to e urge the cough or stop using the technique but I pushed through the entire exercise. It definitely felt like I had a more open breathing afterwards.

I feel different. Slightly light headed, but not in a negative way.

I feel light and tingly. I had no idea what it meant by β€œdeep breath in into your stomach and then chest” until the music/rhythm and instructions started and then it kinda just made sense.

That felt energising!

It woke me up.
