Feeling a bit lost with all the Mojo content, how do you all make the most of it?

I’ve been using Mojo regularly, and I really believe in its potential. But honestly, I sometimes feel overwhelmed by the amount of activities, meditations, breathing exercises, and lessons available. There’s so much great content that I end up not knowing what to focus on.

Every day I open the app, but I’m not sure whether I should keep revisiting what I’ve already learned or move on to new material. It feels like Mojo has handed me hundreds of amazing tools for my sexual wellbeing, but I’m not sure when or how to use each one.

Some activities even seem to address the same issue in different ways, and that adds to my confusion.

So I’m curious — how do you all organize your practice or decide what to focus on? Do you follow a routine, repeat certain exercises, or just go with what feels right that day?

And also, any tips on how to get the most out of the AI therapist? I want to make sure I’m using it in the most effective way possible.

I stick with the schedule the app assigns me each week based on my goal (currently get hard and stay hard). Don’t worry about using everything available, if you find something that is working stick with it, keep it simple and don’t over complicate it. For example, the breathing exercises I stick with 4-7-8 or 4-4-4-4 and forget about the rest. I’ve started adding meditation, but focusing on stress relief. Figure out your goal , follow the schedule and stick to what you like and think is working.

As for the AI, be specific and don’t bully shit with it. Call it out if you get stuck in a loop with it, which I have done in the past. Sometimes it’s just rewording the question/advice and seeing what I comes out with.
