Had occasional bouts of ED for the past 10 years. About 6 weeks ago had an issue where I just couldn’t get it up and totally spiraled. Having this app and the exercises has really helped. I’m about a month in. Biggest thing for me has been learning to know when I’m in “fight or flight.” My heart rate spikes up like crazy. Last night when it happened I verbalized that to my wife and even had her feel my pulse. As I calmed down, everything got so much better (and harder) and we were able to have a great sex session without any issue. She went through a period of panic attacks earlier this year and realizes that it anxiety is not something I can control 100% and that it isn’t a matter of me not being turned on by her. Looking forward to more progress!
