I’ve read a lot of posts and can’t help but relate to them back when I was in the early stages of this program. Believe me, if you continue this program, you will slowly start to improve, slowly start to trust yourselves, and slowly start to trust in your erections. Phycological ED is tough to beat. I’ve been working on this for almost a year now and have made huge improvements. I’m happy to say that I’ve almost made a full recovery. Please don’t stop. You have nothing to lose by continuing to work yourselves.

Thank you for sharing. Are there any specific activities or meditations which helped you the most? Do you have a maintenance program?
Also, is there anything outside of the Mojo app which has been helpful if you don’t mind sharing?
