Does anyone know if I can access a full list of exercises the app has to offer? At the moment I can’t access even simple things like a kegels exercise. Am I supposed to wait for the AI bot to offer it to me first?

Tap the “explore” button at the bottom of the page, and then scroll down to “activities”. The exercises should be there. Hope that helps
