Anyone tried lazy yoga?

Hey fellas! I’ve been reading about so-called lazy yoga and how it can reduce cortisol levels and, therefore, increase libido. Has anyone tried it? Are there free apps out there? Thanks

Hey Mate, I have been using lazy Yoga for about a month and half now to try and reduce my stress and anxiety levels. So far so good.
Started with a 30 day program to get me started and now on the second 30 days which is a bit more challenging. I have noticed a difference in my self from a stress/anxiety point of view.
It’s also helping get me moving and helping get flexibility back from years of being sedentary in office work with long commutes in the car.

There is also a specific Men’s Health program I have done a few sessions of which is designed for libido and hip/pelvic functions.

Give it a go even for a couple months see how you go. There’s breath work and somatic programs on there also.

The app I use is Yoga-Go app from the App Store. I assume they have an android version also.

Last night I had sex with my partner for the first time in a while (aside from foreplay and mutual masturbation) and I noticed a huge difference!
