I can get hard enough for penetration but it doesn’t feel as “bulging” as it used to. When I try to flex the muscle, I feel it in my groin & pelvis but not the shaft. Almost like a disconnect. No pain
Sometimes the more I try to “pump” myself up the smaller I get. I definitely am smaller during sex but way bigger when getting oral.

Similar here! I find when I’m alone, I am rock solid, but with my partner, I feel a little more squishy. This causes me to overthink things and just make it worse.

I have found the kegels useful for this. Got some of my pump back for sure and more rigidity.
