It was enjoyable and gave me a straightforward, logical confidence that the penis goes up and down naturally and that that’s totally normal. This exercise took me more than 20 minutes tbh. It was really difficult getting hard the third time since I usually rely on visual stimulation but I just tried to focus on the sensations, it made me realize how much pressure I put on myself to hurry up and get hard instead of taking my time and enjoying the moment. I eventually was able to get hard and cum on my third time of getting hard, which I figured was okay since the exercise took me more than the time suggested. This also made me realize how much my girlfriend and I had been skipping through foreplay and would always rush into sex which was a huge part of why I’d have a hard time getting erect at times.
