After a Mojo exercise which called for masturbation to the edge and pulling back, I found I enjoyed that. My goal is to do that more instead of defaulting to porn. Though porn is like a “sweet treat” so I do still use it.

Avoid making porn a habit

Kinda been using it as of late to practice the techniques against premature ejaculation. Instead of just a quick get off, it’s much more useful now. And I do it with intention…so less now
