What did you learn about your inner critic's tactics?

Surprisingly accurate and very insightful

Writing my responses makes me reflect deeper and analyze what is happening

Journaling is key to how I register my feelings, plan my changes and then decide how to act

Ok. It’s helps but I know I have some training to do to turn this around

That I have to stop thinking about what has happened in the past and dont let it effect on my present

That I am doing a good job but room to improve

It’s helpful to see it in black and white, what otherwise is happening rapidly in the brain without you even fully realising.

It does help to see it in words plain as day. It’s also scary to see and know what I’m up against.

It definitely helps to see it laid out in black and white.
Gives me a clear picture of the complexity of the constant negative loop playing in my mind in these situations.

But also the fact that is all it is… Just thoughts. And we can change how we think of ourselves in these situations.

Yes it does help tremendously to write things down. It’s making me realize how much I do criticize myself

this was incredibly helpful and eye opening. it makes me realize what is important and how i can stay aware of my inner critic in my day to day life.

He makes things worse sometimes.

Writing things down definitely makes me feel more secure, less alone
