I have a similar experience, that it is somehow not ok to feel pleasure. Or that i am not entitled to it or worthy of it.

I learned that my inner critic expresses more through physical sensation, rather than words or emotion. Or maybe the emotions are expressed in physical sensation. Either way, I have a long way to go.
