Definitely noticed being calmer
I enjoyed it and was calm. I hate when the guy starts counting in the middle though it always throws me off

Definitely slowed my heart rate and helped to clear my mind of the stressors I’ve been immediately facing.
Didn’t feel much different but i was more present due concentrating on breathes
