What did breath awareness do for you?

Calmer

Definitely noticed being calmer

I enjoyed it and was calm. I hate when the guy starts counting in the middle though it always throws me off

Definitely helps

I fell asleep

Cleared my mind.

Felt no different

Definitely slowed my heart rate and helped to clear my mind of the stressors I’ve been immediately facing.

Didn’t feel much different but i was more present due concentrating on breathes

Felt calmer and relaxed afterwards.

This breath pattern took more concentration for me, which made me more present

Yes I did feel more relaxed.

Felt quite stressed and didn’t seem to relax me or lower my heart rate

I practice meditation so this was not new but it was intense experience with calm right after

Somewhat more present

When I was doing the exercise it was like the only thing I could think about was the count, completely left reality
