I’ve recently got a gf and we have fun during sex but my erections are just quite weak in general, and I can’t get any harder when I masturbate alone, maybe 70% hard at best. Not hard enough to penetrate and feel enough sensations.
Maybe it’s due to mental things but are there any physical activities I can do to improve the strength of my erections? What’s worked best for other people? I’ve been doing a kegel and reverse kegels exercise every day in case it’s that.
