I’ve been dealing with Delayed Ejaculation and now ED for some time. I used to be a porn addict for a decade but have largely abstained for the last 1-2 years (use it probably once a week now).

This month I bought a flesh light (Pink Lady; the most similar to an actual vagina). The goal is to get off consistently with just the fleshlight, and lube without any external stimuli.
The first couple of times I couldn’t even get hard enough to use the fleshlight. Then one day, I just used it on a whim and I was able to get off! No porn, just lube, sensation and going with the flow! I even succeeded again 2 hours later that same day.
I was super excited, but the following week, I’ve failed to replicate my success. I can get semi-hard imagining horny scenarios, but not enough to orgasm (but I can still feel pleasant sensations).
Today I tried again, and was totally calm and relax, but just couldn’t get hard. I ended up reading some erotic fiction and that got me hard and I finished off in the fleshlight.
How do you guys get hard for the fleshlight without resorting to porn? 30 minutes with no stimulation, and nothing, but 10 minutes of porn, and I am finishing in the fleshlight.
