The disappointment comes from your inner critic. Just go easy on yourself and realise that you’re human and that things don’t always go as hoped. You’re at least back in the saddle and will have good experiences and some not so good but keep trying and you’ll get over this. Ugh I know, it sucks. It is different with a partner after a long time. I usually put a lot of pressure on myself in that situation and finish early too. Hopefully you can do it again soon and have a great experience! Good luck!
