So I’ve been struggling with this for a while where it’s taken more effort to get it up when I’m with my wife, once hard I can stay hard during foreplay but up until recently found it very difficult to cum, this has got a bit better recently. However, when it comes to sex, within a couple of minutes I lose my erection and am soft, it lasts a little longer without a condom but still the same result. I haven’t cum during sex probably for over a year now and while my wife says she doesn’t mind and that she enjoys everything else we do sexually, it’s constantly on my mind. I struggle to relax at the best of times so this probably doesn’t help when it comes to sex either. Any help or advice?
